Orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving them.

Our office is in California, so the labels will be printed from here. Most of our stock is in San Diego, California. However some of our stock is in New York. It is normal to see, 'Order made in Del Mar' and next item on tracking, 'New York'.

It is possible the email has been entered wrong or there is a error in your payment. Please email us for confirmation.

Code can be added when checking out into box labeled 'Giftcard or Discount code.'

Each country has a different customs process. Some countries may be quicker than others. Tracking is only available in select countries outside of the US, it is normal for last tracking to be US Customs facility. We recommend contacting your post if your package is states delivered and wasn't. Average international shipping is 6-12 business days, but may take 25+ days.

Our PO box is checked every 3-4 days. We will process your return/exchange when received. Credit Card/Paypal returns may take 2-3 business to show. Store Credit will be delivered to your email that was provided on your order.
