When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving them.

How long will shipping take?

Where is my order shipping from?

Our office is in California, so the labels will be printed from here. Most of our stock is in San Diego, California. However some of our stock is in New York. It is normal to see, 'Order made in Del Mar' and next item on tracking, 'New York'.

I haven't gotten a confirmation number or tracking.

It is possible the email has been entered wrong or there is a error in your payment. Please email us for confirmation.

How do I add promo code/store credit?

Code can be added when checking out into box labeled 'Giftcard or Discount code.'

I am outside the US and my package isn't showing tracking and hasn't been delivered.

Each country has a different customs process. Some countries may be quicker than others. Tracking is only available in select countries outside of the US, it is normal for last tracking to be US Customs facility. We recommend contacting your post if your package is states delivered and wasn't. Average international shipping is 4-12 business days, but may take 25+ days.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Please email us for confirmation. as soon as you realize with the correct information so we can update your order.

I ordered a bikini last week and now the price is lower or its on sale.

Sorry, we do not offer a price adjustments for past orders. Sale prices are not retroactive.

When will my return/exchange/ store credit be processed?

Our PO box is checked every 3-4 days. We will process your return/exchange when received. Credit Card/Paypal returns may take 2-3 business to show. Store Credit will be delivered to your email that was provided on your order.

I placed an order, but I changed my mind.

Please email us. If your order hasn't shipped yet, then we can cancel it. If it has been shipped, you may send it back when received, more info on returns/exchanges page.

I ordered something yesterday and now I have a coupon code, can I use it or get a price adjustment?

Sorry, coupon codes aren't valid on past order. We don't do price adjustment.

I have two coupon codes, how do I enter them?

Sorry, only one coupon is valid per order.
