RETURN/EXCHANGES

Gypsy Beach values customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender items that do not meet our requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Please send returns/ exchanges here along with your packing slip and note saying what you would like to exchange (please email us, so we can set item aside) for a quicker transaction.

 
*We do not take UPS/FedEx and we are not responsible for UPS/Fed Ex returns

Returns/Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

• Original tags and lining attached.
• Items are not to be damaged, worn, washed or worn.
• Damaged swimwear will be sent back to customer.
• Buyer pays for own shipping to send back.
• *Postmarked* within 7 days of package arrival
• We offer free exchanges within 7 days of package arrival. Returns are -$5 restocking fee. To purchase a pre-paid label from us, click here.
• Must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving item to offer refund, USPS First Class is recommended.

Please Note:

• Package postmarked after 7 days will get store credit.
• We do not refund shipping.
• Exchange/ Returns are processed within 3 days of being received.
• Please note of "final sale" items; are not returnable.
• Sale items will be refunded in form of store credit only.
• Returned items are subject to a $5 re-stocking fee.
• Returned items with value $250+ are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee.
• Any item returned after 30 days, will be subject to store credit of the current item price.
